How to manage a Projects AppThe project App of Exentriq turn your Projects into actions by assigning tasks to teams. Each team has their own workflow that defines their process Click on "Projects" icon Click on "+" button to create a Board Set the Board optionsAdd members to a BoardClick on the "<" button to open side menu  Click on the "+" button, start entering user name and then select existing user from the list  Change User's permissionClick on User Icon and select "Change permission"  Select the role of the user as Admin or Normal  Add a CardClick on the "+" button to add a card to the board  Insert the card's name and click on save button  The Card is ready  When you create a card, you can use tags and shortcuts in order to add priorities, users, ETA and other easy to use options  Card optionsClick on the card to view and set the options  Add members and set dates, events, description, task lists, images, priority, progress, effort and budget    Organize your BoardMove the card by drag and drop to an appropriate list Add list on the BoardBoard viewsKanban: Table:   Gant: Calendar:   Conversation: tag board into your emails Documents:   Archive boardClick on options icon and then on "Archive Board" button Click on "YES" button to confirm Change board colorClick on options icon and then on "Change color" button Pick your color Multi-Selection optionsClick on "Multi-Selection" icon and then select the cards  Pick the color to assign on the cards  Select the user you want to assign to the cards selected  Filter optionsFilter by Label: click on "Filter" icon and then select label color, it will show the cards marked with yellow label  Filter by User: click on "Filter" icon and then select a user, it will show the cards assigned to the selected user  |
