Demand appThe demand App allows you to manage: customers, briefs, proposals, orders, subscriptions, invoices, deals and price lists Click on "Demand" icon Add new customerClick on "customers" and then on “+” button in the right bottom corner Click on "add new individual" button to add a contact of an individual person   Fill in the required and optional fields, as for example: name, surname, email, mobile number Fill in the optional fields for Invoicing and shipping   Use marketing settings to: The customer has been added   In the right menu, you can find a few options: edit customers details, create briefs, proposals, orders for the selected customer, delete customer  Add new organizationClick on the “+” button in the right bottom corner and then on “add new organization” Fill in the required and optional fields, as for example: name, surname, email, mobile number   Fill in the optional fields for Invoicing and shipping Use Marketing Settings to:  The organization has been added In the right menu, you can find a few options: edit customers details, create briefs, proposals, orders for the selected customer, delete customer   Create a briefClick on “create” button to proceed  Manage your brief section from the tab menu in the left side  Manage your briefs by clicking on the menu next to the name  Create a proposalClick on proposals and then on “+” button on the bottom right  Fill in the required fields and select the customer you want to connect with your brief  Choose your currency  Click on "create proposal" button to proceed  Manage your Proposal section from the tab menu  The proposal has been created successfully  Manage your proposals by clicking on the menu next to the name  Manage your ordersWhen a quote is approved it is consequently moved to the orders section where you can view, edit, or turn it into an invoices  Fill in the required fields of your Invoice  Attach your document and then click on “create” button  The invoice has been successfully created  Manage your Invoices by clicking on the menu next to the name  Manage your subscriptionManage your subscription by clicking on the options menu  Manage your projectsWhen a quote is approved it is consequently moved to the orders section and a project card is created automatically  You can also create cards that has not been associated to any of your orders  The card has been created  Visualize your dealsClick on deals and then on the “+” button on the bottom right of your screen  Create your board: - Insert the name of the board - choose public or private - click on “create board” to proceed  Create your card: insert the name of the card and then click on “Ok” to finish  Manage cards’ option, for example: add user, description, priority, budget  The “deals” board has been successfully created  Visualize your price listsClick on the "price list" button on the left side menu and then on “+” button to create your price list  Click on “end user price list” to add a news price list  Set the price Lists’ options and then on “proceed”  Click on the “+” button to add a service  Click on “add service” button  Set the services’ options  Set the price and then on “save” button to finalize  Your service has been successfully added. Repeat all steps to create more services  Your price list has been successfully added  |
