Dashboard AppDashboards is an Exentriq app dedicated to simplify complex datas and provide users with awareness of their current business performances.Click on "Dashboard" iconDashboard support requestSupport request allow you to review all your support activities and customers demands.Change easily the range of your dates and the view mode by clicking on the calendar or on the Interval view.Dashboard demandIn the demand area of your dashboard you can easily have an overview of all your deals, sales pipelines, proposals, orders, invoices and customer.Click on “currency” to choose and filter between EUR, USD or GBPClick on “customer” to choose and filter between clients or companiesClick on “current period” to choose and filter a specific range of time. You can choose from the default list or you can easily customize your range. Click “apply” to set your values.Click on “custom range” to set your preference. Select the starting date and the end of your interval. Click on “apply” to set your values.Activate “compare to” to match the current period with a previous one.Click on calendar to set up your “previous period”. Click on “apply” to set your values.Click on the interval menu to set the view mode of your dashboard and choose between daily, monthly or yearly.Dashboard financialsFinancials is where you can review your quotes, orders, incoming cash, revenue and costs of your businessChoose time period to set a range of dates and customize your dashboard’s view.Click on bank accounts to access all your bank transactionsUse cash in hand to track all cash you have accumulated and availableDashboard projectsClick on projects and review all business activities. You can review each detail such as eta, end date, orders, costs, gross margin and costs.Click on the “currency” space to filter projects by EUR USD or GBP.Click on “data filter” to choose and filter a specific range of time. You can choose from the options suggested or customize your desired range of time. Click on “apply” to set your values.Click on “Interval” to set your view mode. You can choose between daily, monthly or yearly.Click on “hide closed projects” to hide/close projects that have come to the end.Click on a project to review the related card.And here is your project’s card, where you can easily view or change any details and use all card’s function.Dashboard activitiesActivities is the place where you can get an overview of your daily activities, cards and collaboratorsClick on “currency” to choose and filter between EUR USD or GBPClick on “date filter” to choose and filter a specific range of time. You can choose Exentriq option from the list or customize your personal range of time. Click on “apply” to set your values.Click on “Interval” to set your view mode and choose between daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.Click on “hide closed projects” to hide/close your activities.Dashboard web presenceWeb presence is where you can get an overview of your media content, website, newsletter and blog activities as well as contact request and online reservation.Click on the “+” button if you want to add images, videos or documents directly from your dashboardClick on “domain analytics” menu to choose a domain to analyze.Choose your view range between today, week, month or yearClick on “full report” button to see your full report and specific details.Social sync is where you have an overview of your synced accountsWallet profileWallet profile allow you to check all your creditsYou can easily buy credits by clicking on the “+” button |
