By using the boards inside the support app, you can manage the cards and tasks created by the help page of your website
Knowledge base
Inside the knowledge base section you can find the articles that the user can check (the articles are those that you have created with the knowledge app)
Q&A
The“Q&A” section is a group of question and answer about a particular topics
When the user asks a question by using the services “Q&A” of your support page...
...a card is automatically generated in the “Internal Q&A” board of your support app
Inside the card you can read the question in the description tag, add milestone and tasks
… the user’s question is also automatically generated in the online questions lists’. You can click on the name of the question to see the details
… you can also reply from the online “Q&A” area
Chat with us
When the user send a support message using the services “chat with Us”...
...you'll receive a notification into the notification panels. You can click on view or open button to watch the card created in your support app or
...go to Support app and click on “chat Request” board
Inside the board you see the “request cards”. Click on the card to open it
Through the card you can add details about the request

Support request
Support request is the area of Exentriq where all the support‘s messages are collected
When a user sends a support message, you'll receive a notification into the notification panels. You can click on view or open button to watch the card created in your support App
All cards created by the support request are located in the board “internal support Requests”, inside the support app
Inside the Board you see the “support request cards”. Click on the card to open it
