How to use a Document Manager app

Document manager is a unique space and tool to manage and archive all our works and projects

Click on "Document Manager" icon

Create folder

Click on the "create folder" button

Insert name of the folder and press create

Create document

Click on the "create document" button

Insert name of the document and press the button create

Edit the document

Add a new section

Create a document in the folder

To Create a document inside a desired folder: select the folder and then on the “create new doc”. The document will be created inside the selected folder

Upload a file from your computer

Click on “upload file ” button

Select the file and click on “upload” button

The file has been successfully uploaded

Manage your documents:
by using the tools on your right side

Rename(1), copy(2), download(3), edit(4) or delete(5)
