How to create a Forms

The "Forms" app allows you to receive data from your customers

Click on "Forms" icon

Create a form

Click on "add" button

Enter the name and click on "proceed" button

Choose a template

Customize your layout

Put the mouse over the "Input" icon, and then select "text"

Drag and drop the text element on the layout

Double click on the new input to change the settings

Now your form is ready to use on your web site

Insert custom fields to manage privacy policy or terms of conditions

Use the composer on your right to select the object "privacy and terms"

Click twice on the object to open the options’ panel

Set the options and the appearance of your custom field
*This field is obligatory in all forms published on your website and required by the new european law EU GDPR since 25 may 2018.

Use the composer on your right to select the "newsletter subscription" object

Drag and drop the newsletter subscription object into your layout

Click twice on the object to open the options’ panel

Set the options and the appearance of your custom field
*This field is obligatory in all forms published on your website and required by the new european law EU GDPR since 25 may 2018.

Click on the field email address to set the ID option.
Write “email” in the ID field
* This field must be set up in order to register all data into your contact library.

Click on the field name to set the ID option.
Write “name” in the ID field
* This field must be set up in order to register all data into your contact library.

Click on the field phone to set the ID option.
Write “phone” in the ID field
* This field must be set up in order to register all data into your contact library.

Now your form is ready to be published on your website, landing pages or newsletter.

After the user has filled the form, confirmed the subscription and sent to you all datas, you will receive a confirmation email to your email account set

You can easily check all the details of your contact library and check if the newsletter option has been confirmed or not by a user

Change the name of the form

Set messages for missing fields, error, sending, success

Manage form list

Use buttons on the right side to analyze forms reports (1), manage your forms(2) or delete them (3)

Set notification email: click on "edit" button

Enter email address and click on "save" button
