The contact manager app lets you easily store all of your customers' contacts quickly and easily

How to add a contact: individual or organization

Click on the "+" button to add a contact

Click on "add new individual" button

Fill in the required and optional fields, as for example: name, surname, email, mobile number.

Fill in the optional fields for Invoicing and shipping

Add custom fields to personalize your contact list.

Use marketing settings to:
- Enable a contact to get your newsletter. By checking this flag the user will be added into your newsletter list.
- Confirm that your contact “add as customer”. By checking this flag the user will be added into your customer list.

Import Csv file on contacts List

Click on the "+" button to add a contact

Click on the “add button” and then drag & drop the CSV file or browse it from your computer

Choose the CSV file from your computer

Choose the group and select contacts to import or Import all

Delete contacts

Select the contacs and then on bin icon

Confirm by clicking on the button

Assign your contacts to a group

Select the contacts and then on group icon
