How to add a contact: individual or organization
Click on the "+" button to add a contact
Click on "add new individual" button
Fill in the required and optional fields, as for example: name, surname, email, mobile number.
Fill in the optional fields for Invoicing and shipping
Add custom fields to personalize your contact list.
Use marketing settings to: - Enable a contact to get your newsletter. By checking this flag the user will be added into your newsletter list. - Confirm that your contact “add as customer”. By checking this flag the user will be added into your customer list.

Import Csv file on contacts List
Click on the "+" button to add a contact
Click on the “add button” and then drag & drop the CSV file or browse it from your computer
Choose the CSV file from your computer
Choose the group and select contacts to import or Import all
